At Laneway Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your return in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your store credit has been issued.
